Batch #218 Louisiana Style Hot Sauce
Hidden deep in the swamps of Louisiana, Bubba’s grandpappy made two types of mash — whiskey and Cayenne pepper. This smoky hot sauce features habanero and cayenne peppers — no wonder one dash is as potent as a slug of moonshine.
Ingredients
Malt vinegar, habanero and cayenne peppers, water, tomato paste, corn syrup fructose, distilled vinegar, worcestershire sauce, spices, garlic, lime concentrate, brown sugar, seasoned salt, onion powder, liquid smoke, salt. No added preservatives.

Cajun Corn On The Cob
Heat grill on medium high. Mix several shakes of Louisiana Hot Sauce with ˝ cup butter. Slather on six ears of corn. Wrap corn in foil. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
