Batch #37 Garlic Style Hot Sauce
There’s an old adage that says that the best hot sauce is the one that burns a hole in the tablecloth. While Mo’s hot sauce should leave your tablecloth — and your tongue — relatively unscathed, his special blend of habanero peppers, carrots, garlic, lemon and lime will leave you addicted!
Ingredients
Carrots (undrained), habanero peppers, water, distilled vinegar, minced garlic, garlic puree, salt, mustard seed, onion powder, olive oil, lime juice concentrate, lemon juice concetrate, tumeric, spices and garlic powder. No added preservatives.
Mo’s Mashers
Make one box of instant mashed potatoes. Stir in three tablespoons Garlic Style Hot Sauce. Smother with Jalapeño Con Queso gravy.
